This classic piece is a licensed museum-shop facsimile cast directly from a master mold of the original limestone artifact. The ancient original piece dates back to the Late Period–Ptolemaic Period (400–30 BCE) and was historically used as an ancient sculptor's trial model or hieroglyphic reference. The plaque features the iconic front-facing owl design in striking high relief, complete with ringed feather detailing around the eyes and a beautifully textured matte cream finish. It makes a perfect addition to any gallery wall, display shelf, or collection of neoclassical and ancient history.
