The product is an original letter from the USS Minneapolis during a US Fleet visit to the East Coast in 1939. The letter was written on board the ship and likely describes the visit to New York for the exposition. Its focus is on militaria and the historical significance of the time period, specifically during World War II. This item offers a unique glimpse into the activities of the US Navy during the build-up to the war, making it a valuable collectible for those interested in military history and correspondence from this era.
