This Yearbook is in Good condition. The cover is decent with light scuffing at the corners and appears a bit soiled (see photos). Inside the Yearbook is in great shape. The binding is good. The pages have some light waviness at the top where there has been some water in contact with them.The pages just inside the covers have some tanning probably caused by cigarrete smoke. There is some odor of cigarrete smoke. There are many notes and signature on nearly every page of the Yearbook.
