WDCCPinocchio, Stromboli “You Will Make Lots of Money For Me”,Villains Series, Members Only release
Size: Stromboli 8”; Table 5 ¾”
Issuedin 2002. This sculpture of Stromboli is incredible! Thefierce expression on his face, the slight leaning of his body andflow of his beard and vestto imply movement. Whilethe two pieces in this set are incredible, they are not without some minor damage. One break is on the right side of Stromboli’smustache near the tip; I did glue it back together. The other breakwas to the handle of the first spoon hanging in front of the meatcleaver; the break is just below the utensil holder. It was alsoreattached. Despite the unfortunate breaks, this set still looksamazing when displayed. On a separate sale, I’m also sellingPinocchio in the birdcage; the three pieces displayed together justlook incredible.
Thetable comes complete with so many small objects, spoons, gold coins, and ax. Thebutterknife, spoonand ax handle are made ofpewter andthe bell pepperstemismetal.
