a vintage 3-piece fraternal Masonic and Shriners memorabilia lot. Included in the group is a vintage Whitehead & Hoag Co. (Newark, NJ) celluloid pinback button reading \"Candidate Aleppo\" featuring a winged Shriner emblem; a vintage metal \"Tall Cedars of Lebanon\" spring key loop clip with an enameled emblem insert; and an early vintage aluminum/metal commemorative medal/fob for the \"Zuhrah Patrol Minneapolis - First Uniformed Body in Shrinedom - Organized by Capt. Shuey in 1892\" featuring the portrait of Capt. A.M. Shuey (\"Daddy of the Patrols of the Shrine in North America\").
Condition: Items show significant age and cosmetic wear. The celluloid Aleppo pin has surface grime, light scratches, paper back discoloration, and oxidation/tarnish along the inner rim and straight needle. The Tall Cedars clip displays surface scratches, plating wear, edge tarnish, and small oxidation marks around the insert rim. The Zuhrah Shuey commemorative token shows heavy surface oxidation, pitting, rim wear, and rust around the drilled hole. Please see photos for full cosmetic condition.
An authentic trio of historic Shriners and Masonic pieces—anchored by the early Zuhrah Patrol Capt. Shuey medal and a classic Whitehead & Hoag Aleppo candidate button—ideal for rounding out an antique fraternal collection.
