Vintage Globe Brand No. 303 hurricane lantern featuring a bright red painted metal body and classic railroad-style design.
Manufactured by The World-Light Manufactory Ltd. in Hong Kong, this lantern stands approximately 9” tall, excluding the wire carrying handle.
The fuel reservoir features embossed Globe Brand markings, the No. 303 model designation, and original Hong Kong manufacturing markings.
A decorative Elgin Joliet and Eastern Railway Company (EJ&E) vinyl decal has been applied to the front base ring. This is a decorative addition and does not establish the lantern as original railroad equipment.
