This is a very pretty vintage 6” tall blonde girl/lady in a black & pink hat and full ruffled dress with slots at the back of the dress for inserting napkins. The slots are 1 and 1/4” tall. She is holding a large basket full of light blue flowers. I have never seen this girl before. She is rather tall, standing at 6 inches. This beauty is in very good condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs. There have been some minor touch ups to the ruffles on her dress. Please see photos. There is an oval Japan label on the bottom. She looks like she was made by Consco. Please see my other listings for more vintage figurines.
