This listing is for an incredibly rare, vintage 1970 Drooper the Lion vinyl figure from the iconic Hanna-Barbera live-action/animated television series, The Banana Splits Adventure Hour. Manufactured by I.S. Sutton & Sons, this piece is a holy grail for vintage cartoon collectors because it still features its 100% original, intact white plastic glasses.
Please review the high-resolution photos provided to verify the exact condition of this piece.
• The Glasses: 100% Complete & Original. Unbroken, uncracked, and seated perfectly on his snout. (Most loose figures are missing this fragile accessory entirely).
• Body & Vinyl: The soft orange vinyl remains vibrant with excellent color retention. No chew marks, heavy stains, or flat-surface "melt marks" from improper storage.
• Paint: Features minor, age-appropriate paint wear/rubbing on the tips of the white gloves and on portions of the dark brown mane. Facial features (eyes, mouth line, and cheek "X" marks) remain sharp and distinct.
• Base: Features the authentic hollow-foot design unique to the I.S. Sutton line. The mold is clean and structurally sound.
*Shipping* - Because the plastic glasses on this figure are exceptionally fragile, this item will be packed with the utmost care. It will be securely wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped inside a sturdy, hard box (never a bubble mailer) to ensure it arrives at your doorstep exactly as pictured.
