The Vintage Westinghouse Whirlwind Desk Fan is a classic piece of Americana, dating back to a time when bedside tables were common and air conditioning was not. This 9" black metal fan, with an antique finish, exudes a retro charm that is sure to make a statement in any vintage-inspired decor. Made by the renowned brand Westinghouse in the United States, this electric fan functions as both a practical and stylish addition to any room, making it a perfect collectible for those who appreciate the past.
this fan has a heavy iron base which has a hole which can be hooked onto a nail or screw on a wall. The head is adjustable to change the direction. The white stripes on the fan are vinyl tape. I do not believe they are original, but it looks very nice. The fan does work very well.
