Main tang is stamped WESTER BROS GERMANY; anchor-and-arrow-style marks on the other implements are shown in the close-up photos. Exact model and production year are not documented.
Used vintage condition with substantial blade discoloration/patina, scattered surface corrosion and pitting, scratches, sharpening wear and age-related wear to the handles, shield and bolsters. Both cutting blades and the file are shown open. Good snap and no wobble were reported at intake; not independently retested for this listing.
