Up for sale is an exceptional 6-piece collection of vintage, retired Tom Clark gnome figurines produced by Cairn Studio. This is a highly unique lot because 5 of the 6 pieces feature a genuine, hand-written ink signature from Dr. Thomas F. Clark obtained during an in-person signing tour (distinct from the standard names cast into the molds).
These highly detailed woodspirit sculptures are intricately crafted from the artist\'s signature pecan-shell resin compound.
The Collection Lineup:
• \"Ben\" (1984) – Large iconic gnome leaning against his teddy bear. Hand-signed in ink.
• \"Danny\" (1987) – Gnome in an olive-green coat holding a pink rose. Hand-signed in ink.
• \"Colette\" (1984) – Female gnome resting in an autumn leaf hammock. Hand-signed in ink.
• \"Rich\" (1992) – Classic gnome scratching his head with cuffed pants. Hand-signed in ink.
• \"Ernie\" (1986) – Tiny gnome sitting in a tub holding a yellow duck. Hand-signed in ink.
• (Plus 1 additional Tom Clark gnome piece included in the lot that is standard/unsigned)
