Up for sale is an authentic, original vintage Six Shot Lota manufactured by the legendary Petrie & Lewis (P&L) magic company.
This classic utility prop is beautifully hand-spun from solid copper and features the iconic, stylized script "L" hallmark stamped clearly on the bottom, verifying its authenticity as a mid-century P&L original.
The Lota vase is a classic of magic, allowing the performer to repeatedly empty the vessel, only for it to mysteriously refill itself seconds later.
Condition:
• Exterior: Beautiful vintage condition with a gorgeous, natural aged patina. The copper retains a nice gleam with minimal surface wear. No major dings, dents, or deep scratches that impact its display quality.
• Interior/Base: Shows genuine age and light oxidation consistent with a vintage liquid-based magic prop.
• Completeness: Includes the Lota vase only (no original box or instructions).
This is a fantastic, highly collectible piece of American magic history that functions perfectly as a performance piece or a prominent shelf display for any serious magic collector.
