Classic French kitchen tool designed for straining and puréeing cooked fruits and vegetables. Great for making applesauce, tomato sauce, vegetable purées, mashed potatoes, soups and similar foods.
Includes the food mill along with the interchangeable strainer discs shown in the photos. Features a green crank handle and support legs/hooks that allow the mill to rest over a pot or bowl.
