Up for sale is a vintage Gruen G.M.C. field watch featuring a clean black military-style dial, 36mm stainless steel case and bracelet fits up to 8" wrist. Convenient date display at 3 o'clock.This watch has all the classic field watch elements: bold Arabic numerals, an inner 24-hour military time track, luminous hands and markers, and a simple, highly legible layout. The matte stainless steel case and matching Gruen bracelet complete the rugged everyday look.The watch is currently running well and keeping time. The crystal has a fine crack at the 2 and the 9 position. They are difficult to see in person but they are there...please look at the photos.
