This vintage English brass repousse wall hanging plate measures approximately 6 inches in diameter and features a highly detailed, three-dimensional embossed scene of an old-fashioned tavern or pub. The intricate relief showcases classic figures gathered around a central table drinking and socializing, making it an excellent statement piece for home bars, man caves, or vintage gallery walls. Adding to its historical appeal, the right-hand border displays a distinct British Design Registration \"RD\" mark and diamond lozenge stamp, indicating a design pattern originally registered with the Victorian-era British Patent Office. Pressed during the mid-20th century brass revival, the plate boasts a beautiful, warm aged patina with minor wear consistent with its vintage age, while remaining free of any major dents or structural damage.
