This carton was discovered in 2026 inside an old wall during demolition work at a Canadian industrial facility, where it appears to have remained undisturbed for decades.
Offered here is an extremely hard-to-find vintage Crush Orange 250 mL drink carton, produced in Canada and believed to date from approximately the mid-1980s.
This unusual Crush package features the classic orange and green Crush graphics, “with Real Juice / contient du vrai jus” advertising, and bilingual English/French Canadian packaging.
The original straw is still inserted in the carton, with its original clear straw wrapper still remaining attached.
Package markings include:
• Crush Orange Drink / Boisson à l’orange
• 250 mL
• “with Real Juice / contient du vrai jus”
• Vitamin C Enriched / Enrichie de vitamine C
• Crush Canada Inc
• Tetra Brik – Printed in Canada
• Original straw and remaining original straw wrapper
CONDITION:
This approximately 40-year-old disposable beverage carton has survived in heavily aged and distressed condition. It has holes, edge and corner deterioration, staining, soiling, surface wear and other age/storage damage.
Please carefully examine all 19 photographs, as they are an important part of the description and show the exact condition.
The carton has intentionally not been restored. The original straw, straw wrapper and surviving packaging have been left as found.
Despite its condition, the carton remains highly recognizable and is an unusual surviving piece of Canadian Crush beverage packaging history.
During extensive research, I was unable to locate another identical Canadian Crush Orange 250 mL Tetra Brik carton. No claim is being made that this is the only known example.
A fascinating display piece for a serious Crush, vintage soda, Canadian advertising, beverage packaging or Tetra Pak collector.
Sold exactly as pictured.
