The set is complete. Complete sets should have a ratchet, flex breaker, T-Breaker, a short and long extension and 9 sockets.
Clean. All =V=, pre-model #\'s.
No owners initials.
The Flying V ratchet has an oil port. The ratchet works great.
The box opens and closes as it should. The hinges and latch work as they should.
The plastic insert has a small crack below a socket. See pictures.
