Antique Chinese Celadon Famille Rose Porcelain Vase – 23cm
Attractive Chinese porcelain vase featuring detailed hand-painted decoration on a pale celadon-green ground.
The design includes birds, butterflies, flowers, fruit and traditional figures, together with gilt highlights and decorative ring handles. The vase measures approximately 23cm high.
The recessed base is unmarked. Its precise date and origin have not been professionally authenticated, but it is believed to date from the late 19th to early 20th century.
Condition:
Good antique condition overall, with age-related surface wear, fading and loss to some of the gilding. Please examine all photographs carefully, as they form an important part of the description.
