Vintage “Spain for You” English-language tourist guide published by the Subsecretaría de Turismo, Spain, accompanied by additional vintage Spanish tourism pamphlets relating to Ibiza.
The main guide is a charming piece of vintage travel ephemera filled with period illustrations, typography, and information intended for English-speaking visitors to Spain. Topics include transportation, hotels, currency, sightseeing, Spanish customs and culture, food, festivals, shopping, history, and more. The guide runs through page 71.
Also included are vintage tourism pieces featuring Ibiza, including a “Bienvenidos / Welcome Springfield to Ibiza” information pamphlet, tourist questionnaire, restaurant/café/nightclub information, and Spain travel map.
Please note: I do not know whether these additional pamphlets were originally issued with the Spain for You guide. They were found together and are being sold together as one lot.
The pieces show age-related wear consistent with vintage paper items, including toning/discoloration, light spotting/marks, edge and corner wear, and cover wear. The main guide has visible scuffing/marks near the upper portion of the front cover. Please review all photos closely for condition and contents.
