Up for sale is a fantastic, authentic piece of mid-century automotive history: a vintage 1-gallon Bendix Grease Clene Degreaser tin (Part No. 40745).
Dating back to the mid-1960s (noted by the pre-ZIP code \"South Bend 21, Indiana\" postal zone layout on the back), this tin features an incredible classic black, orange, and white color scheme that looks amazing on any garage, workshop, or man cave display shelf.Condition Details:• Status: Completely EMPTY and clean inside.• Display Sides: The main graphics on both the front and the back are remarkably sharp, vivid, and completely legible.• Wear: Exhibits a beautiful authentic vintage patina with minor scuffs, light surface oxidation, and age wear.• Imperfections: There is a minor dent on one of the side panels. Because it is on the side, it easily hides away when the tin is displayed facing forward or backward on a shelf.Perfect for collectors of petroliana, vintage oil/additive cans, and classic American automotive advertising.
Please review all high-resolution photos closely, as they are considered part of the condition description. The item pictured is the exact item you will receive.
