This is an 8 piece vanity set from the late 1940\'s to early 1950\'s. Seven pieces are made by Apollo of New York, the trinket box is by Stylebuilt of New York. A few of the pieces are 24k gold plated like the brush and the beveled hand mirror. All 8 pieces are well made and insanely ornate. Set includes an ormolu crucifix, something I\'ve never seen before. The two ormolu perfume bottles have glass pipettes. See photos. The condition is amazingly excellent. There is minor plating wear. The mirrored tray has a small area where it has lost silvering. Very minor. This is the prettiest vanity set that I have ever seen!
