ABOUT THIS SIGN
The Squeeze orange soda pin-up, with the brand\'s own two-children trademark on the bottle label and the Adams, Massachusetts bottler named around the rim. Squeeze is a regional New England brand that collectors in that corner of the country pay up for. Note that the two signatures are part of the printed artwork on the face, not hand-signed autographs.
Marked on the face: \"SQUEEZE\", \"with\" above two facsimile signatures reading Joi Lansing and Marilyn Monroe, \"SQUEEZE TRADE MARK - MIN CONTENTS 12 FL-OZS\" on the bottle label, and \"Orange Squeeze Bottling Co., Adams, Mass, 1950\" on the rim.
Size: approximately 12\" in diameter (305 mm), measured by the seller.
CONDITION
Judge the condition from the photographs - the sign is shown from every angle, including the reverse and the mounting holes, and nothing is cropped out. On porcelain of this age, fine specking in the enamel, small chips at the edges and wear around the mounting holes are normal and are not faults. After decades of age and storage a sign may also sit slightly warped or a little bent rather than perfectly flat - it still hangs and displays fine, and you will not notice it once it is on a wall. This one is not cracked and has not been restored, repainted or touched up. Want a close-up of a particular area, or an exact measurement, before you buy? Message us and we will take it the same day.
