A packed scrapbook of American Legion convention programs, articles, and more, all apparently dating to 1941. Many of the articles discuss the United States entering WWII. Others cover Legion business and a National Convention program is at the back. The scrapbook is a great slice of history from the perspective of veterans of prior conflicts. It is about 11 1/2\" x 9\" and has over 80 filled pages with only a few blanks. It weighs 2 pounds, 10 ounces, so quite a lot of paper here.
Good condition as shown. The newspaper articles are toned and brittle but can still be read. The spring binding is still in place and holding everything solidly. Some cover wear.
A great piece of American Legion history and a nice pre-WWII artifact in general. I ship every day the post office is open with your item safely packed for protection. I always combine shipping. Please see my store for more museum quality artifacts of history.
