The TIFFANY & Co. Blue Lacquer Gold Purse Ballpoint Pen is a vintage collectible made in Germany. This stylish pen features a twist mechanism and luxurious gold trim, adding a touch of elegance to any writing instrument collection. The combination of black ink, steel material, and the prestigious Tiffany & Co. brand make this ballpoint pen a desirable and sophisticated choice for pen enthusiasts. I have not tried the pen so it may or may not need an ink refill. This is just for the pen.
Ask questions it is also stamped Germany on the gold disc in the middle.
