The Dragonfly 2\'s handle shape and textured index-finger choil are designed to comfortably fit a four-finger grip across a wide range of hand sizes, a notable feat for a knife this compact. The full-flat-ground VG-10 blade delivers genuine cutting performance rather than just novelty size, and the Trademark Round Hole allows fast, amofferextrous one-handed opening backed by a sturdy back lock mechanism.
The one-piece FRN handle keeps the knife ultra-lightweight while still offering a secure grip through Spyderco\'s Bi-Directional Texture pattern, and a reversible, deep-pocket wire clip allows discreet tip-up carry on either side of the body. Beyond the standard solid black and orange handle options, the Dragonfly 2 is also available with a hand-dyed green Zome finish, a Japanese textile-dyeing technique in which each handle is individually brushed with dye by hand, giving every knife a distinctive, one-of-a-kind pattern.
Spyderco has refined the Dragonfly design to balance compact size with genuine cutting capability, and the Lightweight FRN version extends that philosophy into one of the brand\'s most pocketable everyday carry options.
