Real photo postcard captioned \"Rock Oak Park, On Lincoln Highway at foot of Allegheny Mountains.\" The view shows a roadside filling station and refreshment stop along an unpaved stretch of the highway, with a long row of globe-topped gasoline pumps lined up in front of a wood-frame building with a deep covered porch and a dormered roof. Brand signage fills the lot: a hanging Sinclair H-C Gasoline disc, a Texaco star Gasoline / Motor Oil sign on a post, a round Gulf sign, a Mobiloil cabinet, and a roadside board lettered ROCK OAK PARK above an Esso panel. A Rock Oak Park sign on the building advertises refreshments, and an AJAX Cord Tires panel and a Mavis sign are set along the porch front. Utility poles and heavy timber line the road. Unused/unposted, with no stamp or postmark. Handwritten in red ink on the back: \"Schellsburg Pa.\" Divided real photo back with a DOPS stamp box, circa 1925–1942. A great piece for collectors of Pennsylvania topographical postcards, Lincoln Highway roadside Americana, or early gas station and petroliana advertising.
