Premium Craftsmanship
Every Rod the Rat hood ornament begins as an original digital sculpture created by Big B Customs. After the design is perfected, a high-resolution master is professionally 3D printed and hand-finished to create a smooth, detailed surface.
The master is then sent to my contracted foundry, where a precision casting mold is created. Each ornament is cast in solid molten pewter, carefully cleaned, detailed, and polished through multiple finishing stages to achieve a premium automotive-quality finish.
These are handcrafted pieces of automotive art—not mass-produced imports.
