RARE 1898 N158 - War Photographs • MAINE U.S.N. • Duke Honest Long Cut
The USS Maine. Remember the Maine?! No, I mean THIS ship is that famous USS Maine battleship that blew up in San Juan Harbor! That incident started the Spanish American War! "Remember the Maine" was our country's rallying cry, as we headed off to war. Without that ill fated explosion this N158 set doesn't exist. It's not often you have a tobacco card hold this much historical significance. It's a must have. This set is rare, and finding any card from it is difficult. But having the Maine card? It's the most important card in the set. This card measures 3 1/2" W x 2 3/4".
This would be a great addition to any USS Maine, Non-Sports tobacco card, Spanish American War, US Naval or Duke collection. Now is your chance to pick up this rare beauty.
We process/ship same business day.
