Offered for the first time ever – a genuine handwritten word from iconic Spanish artist and modern art master, Pablo Picasso, authenticated and encapsulated by (BAS) Beckett Authentication Services.
An exclusive CutWordCo Limited Edition, this is the first set of Picasso words encapsulated by Beckett we’ve ever offered for sale! Own penmanship from the same hand that pioneered Cubism and transformed 20th-century art.
Each encapsulated word was individually removed from a March 3, 1953 letter written by Picasso from Vallauris, France—where he lived and worked during one of the most prolific and experimental periods of his life. The letter humorously discusses his latest lithograph, "Le Pot", as well as his vast income from his ceramics and was sent to his friend and banker, Max.
You will not receive a copy of the letter from Picasso, the 4th image is shown purely to illustrate where the word came from. You will only receive the BAS encapsulated word, encapsulate #00020283696. Now you can own an original "Picasso" for a fraction of a genuine painting!
Genuine Picasso letters are highly sought after and can fetch tens of thousands of dollars, and his artworks sell for millions. This encapsulated word offers a rare and affordable opportunity to own an authentic piece of Picasso’s handwriting.
The cost of authenticating a single word of Picasso’s handwriting is $100 on Beckett's website.
