Vintage Natty Boh - National Bohemian Beer Original Hand-Painted Artwork - Framed 16” x 20”A bold, nostalgic piece of Baltimore brewing history! This original hand-painted artwork celebrates the iconic National Bohemian Beer, affectionately known as “Natty Boh,” a brand deeply rooted in Baltimore tradition since 1885.Featuring the classic National Bohemian Light Beer design, this striking painting showcases a vibrant yellow background, deep red border, and vintage lettering. Its unmistakable retro aesthetic makes it a fantastic statement piece for any home bar, man cave, brewery collection, or Baltimore-themed space.WHAT MAKES THIS PIECE SPECIAL:* Original Hand-Painted Artwork: Not a mass-produced poster or print. Visible brushstrokes, textured paint, and hand-rendered lettering give this piece its distinctive character.
* Vintage Advertising Style: A wonderful combination of traditional sign painting, Americana folk art, and Pop Art-inspired design. The bold colors and simplicity make it especially eye-catching.
* Classic Natty Boh Branding: Features the historic National Bohemian Light Beer logo and its famous 1885 brewing heritage, celebrating one of Baltimore’s most recognizable and beloved beer brands.
* Substantial Size: Painted on a 16” x 20” Fredrix artist canvas panel, housed in a black frame with silver interior trim. Overall framed dimensions are slightly larger.
* Possible Vintage Origin: The Fredrix canvas label and overall presentation suggest a possible mid-to-late 20th-century origin, potentially dating to the 1960s-1980s. The exact age and artist have not been verified.
* One-of-a-Kind Character: Unlike commercially manufactured beer signs, this piece appears to have been individually painted by hand, with visible brushwork and natural variations that give it personality and charm.CONDITION:The painting presents beautifully with its vibrant colors and bold design still making a strong visual impression. As expected with an older piece, there are some surface imperfections, minor paint wear, and signs of age.The existing frame has seen better days and could certainly benefit from some attention, restoration, or replacement. It serves its purpose, but a new frame could really elevate the presentation of this artwork. The painting itself is the highlight here, and its hand-painted character is part of what makes it special. Please examine all photographs carefully, including the close-ups of the paint texture and the original Fredrix canvas label on the reverse.PERFECT FOR:* National Bohemian and Natty Boh collectors
