Hello the Stanley number 40 scrub plane is in excellent condition. The cutting iron has never been sharpened nice rosewood. The painting has a little bit of roughness on one side from the factory as shown in video Overall excellent condition comes with the original box. The box does show its age it does still have the original Stanley packing paper inside in my opinion, collector grade or user grade. Buy with confidence and knowing that your purchase will be professionally packaged shipped in a new box. Thanks for looking.
