Mottahedeh porcelain cup and saucer set, especially designed for the Diplomatic Reception Rooms at the Department of State.
This elegant set is a fine reproduction of Chinese export porcelain made for the American market circa 1810. It features a delicate scalloped rim with gold gilt accents and a beautiful hand-painted motif of a winged figure holding an umbrella over an American eagle crest.
The interior and saucer are adorned with a classic blue floral border, showcasing the exceptional craftsmanship.
A sophisticated addition to any collection of historical or diplomatic memorabilia.
