This is a stunning limited edition sculpture created by the well-known wildlife artist Randall Reading for the Mill Creek Studios. It is titled BUFFALO NATION and is numbered on the bottom as #547/1200.
This very detailed piece is sculptured of heavy composite resin and stone finishes to give its weight and lifelike appearance.
This sculpture is meant to hang on the wall given the 2 built-in hangers on the back but could just as well sit on its back as shown in the photos. The sculpture measures approximately 25\" across including the tail by approximately 13\" x 9-1/2\". It weighs approximately 11 pounds.
This art piece does show some wear including some wearing/scratches in the paint throughout the piece, including the tips of the horns, that I imagine could be touched up nicely. The very end of the tail has broken off but is only noticeable from the back side when sitting but is easily noticeable if hanging upright. There is also a small gray spot on the backend that looks like a paint drip. Please see photos for all these details.
The Mill Creek Studios emblem on the bottom is dated 2006. Item was previously retailed at over $350 and has been discontinued.
Most of my items ship within 24 hours. I will take great care in packaging this item for safe shipment. If you have any questions about this piece, I will do my best to answer them. Thanks for looking!
