Description Jennifer Holmes Signed Art Glass #2537 Pilchuck Artist Red With Tangerine Orange Lip & Turquoise Trail Large 16 1/2\" Vase
This one is in Excellent Condition with No Chips, No Cracks, No Fleabites. Very Nice authentic American studio art glass vase by Jennifer Holmes. This listing is for a hand-blown studio art glass vase by Jennifer Holmes, a Pilchuck Glass School–trained artist, signed on the base. The vase is formed in a classic baluster silhouette, featuring a rich opaque red body with a gently rounded shoulder that tapers upward to a slightly flared neck. A contrasting applied teal glass trail is intentionally placed at the neck, serving as a subtle decorative accent and emphasizing the hand-worked nature of the piece. The rim shows a contrasting tone, adding visual depth and balance to the overall form. The base has been ground and polished, with the artist’s hand-etched signature clearly visible, confirming authorship and studio origin. This finishing technique is typical of serious studio glass and Pilchuck-influenced work.
