This Retired Spiritile by Houston Llew is a VERY RARE find. It was released on July 1, 2009 and retired on July 10, 2014. Every Spiritile by Houston Llew is handcrafted in Atlanta, GA. From American made copper, glass and wood. Finely ground colored glass is handpainted on copper, then fired by kiln at 1500 degrees. It's like drawing with sand, Houston says, then toasting it on a very hot fire. Molten Glass on Copper Tile. Size: 5 .25 X 1.75 X 8.5 in. Does NOT come with original box. Please see photos and feel free to reach out with any questions or for specific photos. Comes from a smoke free estate. Will be securely packaged for safe travels to it's new home.
*** There are some areas at the back where I am not familiar enough with Houston Llew’s work to know if it is the creation of the time, or damage. I have taken close up photos for you to examine. I know a collector will be better able to know for sure. ***
