The Riv is more than just a \"small\" knife. It’s a design born from a specific kind of grit and a lot of shared history. When we moved operations from the Bay Area to Michigan in 2020, we found ourselves back at a legendary haunt near the corner of Albert and M.A.C. in East Lansing. The Riv. It’s a dive bar that wears its years proudly—loud, a bit rough, and packed with the kind of soul you only find in places where stories are told over cold beers. We didn’t just want to name a knife after it; we wanted to capture that feeling of a \"local\" that never lets you down.
