The clock was running at the time of this listing and the alarm feature has not been tested. On the bottom it is marked "#584 and engraved "923876 Concord Watch Co Swiss". Galt & Bro is located in Washington DC and has sold items to politicians, presidents and other notables in the nation's capital. Concord Watch Co made clock movements for Tiffany, Cartier and Galt & Bro. The hands of the clock turn freely but the alarm feature does not appear to move either hand. This item is being described to the best of the seller's ability. The vertical lines in the third photo are not part of the clock. Study the pictures carefully as there are no returns.
