GT Sutterley Antique 1906 3-Pc Covered Metal Baking Dish with Enamel Bowl Insert
GT Sutterley 1906 covered chrome server with enameled baker dish insert is in very good antique condition. GT Sutterley was manufacturing in Philadelphia in the early 1900s, producing serveware in multiple metals for the home. With no dents and a bright and shiny metal interior bowl, its enameled turquoise and white bowl insert is in very good condition but for chipping on its rim. The baker insert would be set in the serving metal bowl. Wooden inserts in the side handles and top handle/finial are lovely design details that define this tabletop period. The 3-piece baker measures 12” handle to handle, 6 1/2” to top of wooden finial/handle, 9 1/2” total diameter, and a 9” enameled dish diameter. GT Sutterley pieces are on display at national museums, documenting a history of the Victorian American home at the turn of the century. Shipped with UPS.
