PHOSGENITE: Pit No. 9, Beddiane, Touissit-Bou Beker, Jerada Province, Oriental Region, Morocco. Dimensions: 3.8 x 2.6 x 1.9cm, miniature. A large translucent appearing on the exterior but actually gemmy on the interior (held up to the light) crystal with fine form and a silky luster on the sides and adamantine luster on the top and bottom terminations. This is very good for the locality and the species, especially with it being doubly terminated...one end better terminated than the other. Phosgenite is an uncommon lead chloro phosphate and this crystal is very good and in excellent condition! Buyer pays USPS Priority Mail shipping.
