A handsome French estate pipe from Butz-Choquin, featuring the substantial proportions and distinctive deeply bent profile of the Regate Geante 1315 Oom Paul.
This attractive example has a warm reddish-brown finish showcasing a pleasing combination of flowing grain and prominent birdseye across the briar. The substantial upright bowl, compact overall length and deeply curved stem create the unmistakable traditional Oom Paul profile.
