THE PINK PALACE, FROM THE INSIDE
For years we were regular guests of The Beverly Hills Hotel and Bungalows. This archive of about 18 pieces was collected over that time. The Presidential Bungalow floor-plan brochure was given to us by a former hotel manager.

WHY COLLECTORS WANT IT
Promotional and sales materials for the Presidential Bungalows are seldom seen outside the hotel. The lot is in the hotel\'s signature pink, green, and gold, and it suits hotel-memorabilia collectors, Old Hollywood and Beverly Hills history fans, and designers.
PROVENANCE
Collected by longtime guests over many years. The bungalow brochure was given to us by a former hotel manager. Provenance is based on the seller\'s personal account. These are vintage collectibles, not affiliated with or endorsed by The Beverly Hills Hotel or the Dorchester Collection.
CONDITION
Excellent / Very good, previously stored. Fold lines on the maps and foldouts. The back of the Bungalow folder has minor smudge mark. All photos are part of the description, and everything pictured is included. Items are all sold as-is, as shown.
