Up for sale is a beautiful vintage Couroc of Monterey serving tray featuring hand inlaid sandpiper shore bird motif. Handcrafted in California during mid-century modern era, Couroc pieces are highly priced for their unique artistry and durable materials. The bird design is intricately detailed, using natural wood and metallic brass inlay, contrasting, beautifully against Couroc’s famous satin-black, phenolic, resin background. The original metallic backing sticker is present and intact.
I am currently selling a collection of six total pristine vintage COUROC trays, including the rare San Francisco trolley, mouse, quail, and more. Check my other listings to see the rest! Shipping cost will be combined if more than one item is purchased.
