Title: 1998 Pokémon Bandai Carddass Anime Collection #8 Eevee Evolution - RARE "B" Back Variant - PSA 10 GEM MINTDescription:
Up for sale is an extremely rare piece of vintage Pokémon Carddass history: the 1998 Bandai Pocket Monsters Anime Collection #8 "Eevee Evolution Group" in a PSA 10 Gem Mint.
If you look closely at the reverse side, this card is a highly coveted alternate back variant that is distinct from the standard mass-market release:
The Unique Back Variant: Unlike the standard 1998 vending release (which features "8" at the top header, standard copyright text, and a "ズ" lower index), this card is the "B" Print Revision / Early Copyright Variant. It displays "B" next to the header title, distinct furigana/text alignment, alternate lower index branding ("X"), and early-run copyright lines (©POCKET PRIZM... ©1996 GAME FREAK).
Hidden Pop Count: PSA lists all card #8 variations under the same general master population report line item (Pop 72 in PSA 10). However, over 90% of those graded copies are the standard release. Top-tier Carddass variant collectors estimate that actual PSA 10 copies of this specific "B" back variant exist in single digits (approx. 3 to 5 total worldwide).
Because standard copies rarely capture this print anomaly, this card is an absolute trophy piece for master set collectors, Eevee line completionists, and vintage error/variant investors.
