This is a whimsical folk art Christmas figurine from the August Moon Collectible Figurines collection, originally created by artist Dan DiPaolo for the Lang Companies.

The piece features a signature textured, primitive-style snowman balancing ( on a spring so he bobs back and forth) on a stacked pile of gift boxes while placing a golden star on top of a stylized, multi-tiered Christmas tree. The base includes the handwritten sentiment: "Deck the halls... and everything”.
