For your consideration is a rare matching pair of original antique Victorian / Edwardian 3D die-cut pop-up Christmas standee cards published by the famed Raphael Tuck & Sons and printed in Germany (circa 1900s–1910s).
Each card features layered paper construction with paper fold-out supports, snow-draped fences, winter birds, bells, and old-world Santa imagery. One card depicts Santa with a sack of toys pushing a wheelbarrow, while the other shows Santa carrying a toy sack on his back featuring a doll. Both cards feature red tissue paper honeycomb ornaments along the front base.
