Pre-Prohibition antique whiskey bottle from the historic Kellerstrass Distilling Co. out of Kansas City, Missouri, dating back to the late 1890s or early 1900s.
This beautiful turn-of-the-century piece features crisp, strong embossing in a circular pattern on the front face that reads:
“KELLERSTRASS DISTILLING CO. / REGISTERED DISTILLERS / KANSAS CITY, MO.”

• Manganese Tint: The glass features a subtle, beautiful lavender/light amethyst hue along the thicker edges. This natural coloration is the result of antique manganese oxide in the glass reacting over the decades to UV/sunlight exposure—a highly desirable trait sought after by antique glass collectors!
