Up for sale/sale is an authentic and remarkably preserved original double-sided inner box flap (bofetón) from the historic Cuban cigar manufacturer M. Valle y Cía. (Manuel Valle y Compañía), owners of the world-famous brand La Flor de Cuba.

This piece dates back to the Golden Age of Cuban Cigar Lithography (c. 1890s)and showcases exceptional artwork and detailed historical branding.

Historical Background:

Manuel Valle Fernández founded the firm M. Valle y Cía. in Havana and registered the famous cigar brand La Flor de Cuba (with its historic factory located on San Miguel Street). This specific piece is an original interior bofetón (box flap) featuring an allegoric vista printed by the renown Havana lithography studio G. de Castro Habana (as seen in fine print at the bottom).
