Antique bronze-clad bookends by P. Mori, dated 1923, featuring a detailed bust of the renowned American poet Henry Wadsworth Longfellow. These heavy, cast metal bookends exhibit a rich dark patina with subtle highlights that accentuate the fine sculptural details of Longfellow's beard and attire. The back of each piece is signed "P. MORI 1923" and features a classic arched, ribbed design. Finished with a green felt protective base, these scholarly accents are perfect for a library, study, or office, adding a touch of literary history and early 20th-century craftsmanship to any bookshelf.
