Certificate No. 1213, issued under the act of Assembly approved June 7, 1895, and the amendment approved April 24, 1905. Dated the fourth day of September 1905. Signed by the Treasurer, President, and Secretary (Chas. L. Dykes), with an embossed State Board of Undertakers seal. Decorative engraved border and Pennsylvania coat of arms. - Original period document in a dark wood frame, wired for hanging
- Frame is about 10 x 13 inches (measure and confirm before listing)
- Pine backing board, secured with small nails
- Under glass, document not removed from frame
Condition: Used, with age wear as shown in the photos. Overall toning and foxing spots, soft fold lines, and some mottling across the paper. The text, signatures, and embossed seal are clear. Frame has light surface wear. I haven't removed the document from the frame, so condition behind the glass is as visible in the photos.
