Condition is good. Leather case is still connected and brass latch functional. Flex pad intact and outside leather in good condition. There is wear appropriate with age. All elements are here. The photo has some bubbling or cracking in the black areas and a few small pieces appear to have flaked off. Brass gilt boarder. Overall a beautiful little piece with an interesting subject. As found, no alterations or opening
